Community/Recreation Centre definition

Community/Recreation Centre means a structure and site intended to provide a gathering place for social, educational, and recreational opportunities including but not limited to indoor recreation facilities and outdoor recreation facilities useable by members of the centre or the public, and may include a variety of accessory commercial, institutional and recreational uses.
Community/Recreation Centre means an arena or other facility that is used by the general public for recreational or other community activities;

  • community centre means any school, railway station, police station and other location providing a service to the community;

  • Community center means a center established under Subchapter A, Chapter 534.

  • Community location means a public or private elementary or secondary school, a church, a public library, a public playground, or a public park.

  • Youth center means any public or private facility that is primarily used to host recreational or social activities for minors, including, but not limited to, private youth membership organizations or clubs, social service teenage club facilities, video arcades, or similar amusement park facilities.

  • Business Centre means each of the places so specified in the relevant Pricing Supplement.
