Community Representatives definition

Community Representatives means members of the local community who use the facility. In the case of recreation facilities, community representatives are passive users of the facility or casual users and who are not affiliated with any group nominated in this Instrument.
Community Representatives means the representatives of potentially affected communities agreeing to participate in the Board’s Proceedings. Typically, Community Representatives are chosen by the NIRB to participate in the Board’s Proceedings on the basis of recommendations from Hamlets and community organizations such as the local

More Definitions of Community Representatives

Community Representatives means those persons appointed to the Board of Directors under Rule 8.5.
