Consultant shall commence the services on the Effective Date and shall perform all services by the deadline established by the City Representative or, if no deadline is established, with reasonable diligence.
During the term of this Agreement, Contractor and its officers, employees, associates and subcontractors shall not, without the prior written approval of the City Representative, perform work for another person or entity for whom Contractor is not currently performing work that would require Contractor or one of its officers, employees, associates or subcontractors to abstain from a decision under this Agreement pursuant to a conflict of interest statute.
Any Paying Agent may be removed at any time upon 30 days prior written notice by an instrument filed with such Paying Agent and the Trustee and signed by an Authorized City Representative.
