City Representative definition

City Representative means the Representative or appointee engaged by the City to supervise the work.

City Representative means the City Manager or his or her designee as evidenced by a written certificate furnished to the Developer containing the specimen signature of such person or persons and signed by the City Manager.

City Representative means the City employee who has specifically been designated to act as a contact person to the City’s Procurement Administrator, and who is responsible for monitoring and overseeing the Contractor’s performance under the Contract and for providing information regarding details pertaining to the Work.

Examples of City Representative in a sentence

• For the purposes of this Agreement, the City Representative shall be the City Manager, or such other person designated in writing by the City Manager (the “City Representative”).

• Consultant shall commence the services on the Effective Date and shall perform all services by the deadline established by the City Representative or, if no deadline is established, with reasonable diligence.

• The Company shall submit to the City, with a copy to the Authorized City Representative, with each Requisition all information required in subsection 8.5(B) hereof.

More Definitions of City Representative

City Representative means that official or agent of the City authorized by the City Council to undertake the action referenced herein.

City Representative means the Water Commissioner of the City of St. Louis or his/her authorized or designated representative.

City Representative means the Director of Public Utilities of the City of St. Louis or their authorized or designated representative.
