City Representative definition

City Representative means the City Manager or his or her designee as evidenced by a written certificate furnished to the Developer containing the specimen signature of such person or persons and signed by the City Manager.

City Representative means the Representative or appointee engaged by the City to supervise the work.

City Representative means the City employee who has specifically been designated to act as a contact person to the City’s Procurement Administrator, and who is responsible for monitoring and overseeing the Contractor’s performance under the Contract and for providing information regarding details pertaining to the Work.

Examples of City Representative in a sentence

• Consultant shall commence the services on the Effective Date and shall perform all services by the deadline established by the City Representative or, if no deadline is established, with reasonable diligence.

• During the term of this Agreement, Contractor and its officers, employees, associates and subcontractors shall not, without the prior written approval of the City Representative, perform work for another person or entity for whom Contractor is not currently performing work that would require Contractor or one of its officers, employees, associates or subcontractors to abstain from a decision under this Agreement pursuant to a conflict of interest statute.

• Any Paying Agent may be removed at any time upon 30 days prior written notice by an instrument filed with such Paying Agent and the Trustee and signed by an Authorized City Representative.

City Representative means that official or agent of the City authorized by the City Council to undertake the action referenced herein.
