Compact Disc means a combined optical and electronic storage device designed to be used in conjunction with a computer that causes a Motion Picture to be visible on the screen of a monitor or television receiver for viewing in a substantially linear manner. A Compact Disc does not include any type of VideoCassette or VideoDisc.
