Company Contractors definition

Company Contractors means the independent contractors contracted by the Company and its Subsidiaries.
Company Contractors has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6.
Company Contractors has the meaning given to such term in Section 3.9(a).

  • Except as provided in Section 2.4 of this Agreement, in the event that a Member is unable to make decisions, Company or Company Contractors will attempt to contact the Member’s Designated Representative for the purposes of making decisions on behalf of Member in regards to any items or services set forth in this Agreement.

  • Member understands and agrees that medical care, including emergency care, may be initiated during transport by Company and/or Company Contractors should such care become necessary in the professional judgment of Company and/or Company Contractors.

  • The responsibility for final accuracy and completeness of the survey and the returns rests with the Contractor.

  • Member hereby gives informed consent for any transportation and medical care of Member by Company and/or Company Contractors contemplated by this Agreement, including Totalcare Consultations.

  • As such, Sub-Contractors will be required to complete and return the Company Contractors Health and Safety Questionnaire.

  • The engagement with all current Company Contractors is in accordance with applicable Law.

  • Subject to considerations of confidentiality, WHO may acknowledge the existence of this agreement to the public and publish and/or otherwise publicly disclose the contractor's name and for Company Contractors, the country of incorporation, general information with respect to the work described herein and the agreement's value.

Related to Company Contractors

  • Sub-Contractors means those persons furnishing labor or materials for the Project pursuant to the Sub- Contracts.

  • Company Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 3.13(a).

  • Company Contract means any Contract: (a) to which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries is a Party; (b) by which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or any Company IP or any other asset of the Company or its Subsidiaries is or may become bound or under which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries has, or may become subject to, any obligation; or (c) under which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries has or may acquire any right or interest.

  • Contractors means the bidder whose bid has been accepted by the COE;

  • Contractor's Personnel means the personnel to be provided by the Contractor to provide services as per the contract.

  • Company Content means all editorial content, graphics, data, and information contained in the Report or on the Website, any portion thereof, including the selection, coordination, and arrangement of the editorial content, graphics, data, and information on the Website, and the hierarchy of the Website.

  • Key Sub-Contractor means any Sub-Contractor: listed in Framework Schedule 7 (Key Sub-Contractors); which, in the opinion of the Authority and the Customer, performs (or would perform if appointed) a critical role in the provision of all or any part of the Services; and/or with a Sub-Contract with a contract value which at the time of appointment exceeds (or would exceed if appointed) 10% of the aggregate Call Off Contract Charges forecast to be payable under this Call Off Contract;

  • Vendors means the proposer(s) responding to this RFP and vendor(s) to whom a contract has been awarded as a result of this RFP by SMSD. A responsible vendor is a vendor who has adequate financial resources (or the ability to obtain such resources), can comply with the delivery requirements, and is a qualified and established firm regularly engaged in the type of business that provides the product(s) /service(s) listed herein.

  • Contractor Personnel means Contractor’s employees and subcontractors (as well as any employees or subcontractors of those subcontractors) performing the Services.

  • Sub-Contractor means the person named in the Contract for any part of the works or any person to whom any part of the contract has been sublet by the contractor with the consent in writing of the Engineer-in-charge and will include the legal representatives, successors and permitted assigns of such persons.

  • Subcontractors means subcontractors or subconsultants at any tier that are under the direct or indirect control or responsibility of the Contractor, and includes all independent contractors, agents, employees, authorized resellers, or anyone else for whom the Contractor may be liable at any tier, including a person or entity that is, or will be, providing or performing an essential aspect of this Contract, including Contractor’s manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers.

  • Prospective contractor means a person who is subject to the competitive sealed proposal process set forth in the Procurement Code or is not required to submit a competitive sealed proposal because that person qualifies for a sole source or a small purchase contract.

  • Plumbing contractor means a licensed master plumber or a person who employs a licensed master plumber full-time to directly supervise the installation of plumbing as his or her representative engaged in the business of plumbing for a fixed sum, price, fee percentage, valuable consideration, or other compensation and who is licensed as a plumbing contractor.

  • Qualified personnel means personnel who meet the statutory or regulatory qualifications for each respective profession currently applicable in this state.

  • The Sub-Contractor means any person, firm or company (other than the Contractor) to whom any part of the work has been entrusted by the Contractor with the written consent of the Engineer-In-Charge and the legal representative successors and permitted assignee of such person, firm or company.

  • Replacement Sub-Contractor means a sub-contractor of the Replacement Supplier to whom Transferring Supplier Employees will transfer on a Service Transfer Date (or any sub-contractor of any such sub-contractor);

  • Prime Contractor employee, as used in this clause, means any officer, partner, employee, or agent of a prime Contractor.

  • Specified Personnel means the personnel specified in the Contract to provide the Services.

  • Company Personnel means any current or former officer, employee, director or consultant of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract. The Supplier/Contractor shall be deemed to include its successors (approved by the purchaser), representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and permitted;

  • Contractor Parties means a Contractor’s members, directors, officers, shareholders, partners, managers, principal officers, representatives, agents, servants, consultants, employees or any one of them or any other person or entity with whom the Contractor is in privity of oral or written contract (e.g. subcontractor) and the Contractor intends for such other person or entity to perform under the Contract in any capacity. For the purpose of this Contract, vendors of support services, not otherwise known as human service providers or educators, shall not be considered subcontractors, e.g. lawn care, unless such activity is considered part of a training, vocational or educational program.

  • Vendor Personnel means employees, agents, independent contractors, or any other staff or personnel acting on behalf of or at the direction of Vendor or any Vendor Contractor performing or providing Services or Deliverables under this Agreement.

  • Prime Contractor as used in this clause, means a person who has entered into a prime contract with the United States.

  • Third Party Contractor as used in the Student Data Protection Act and “Operator” as used in COPPA. De-Identified Information (DII): De-Identification refers to the process by which the Contractor removes or obscures any Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) from Education Records in a way that removes or minimizes the risk of disclosure of the identity of the individual and information about them.

  • Other Contractors means any contractor (other than the entity which executed this Contract or its Subcontractors) who or which has a contract with the City for work on or adjacent to the building or Site of the Work.

  • Company Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(a).
