Sub-Contractors definition

Sub-Contractors means those persons furnishing labor or materials for the Project pursuant to the Sub- Contracts.
Sub-Contractors means any person(s) or entity(ies) to whom the Bidder would sub-contract part of the Services in accordance with the requirements of the Agreement and the Technical Specifications.
Sub-Contractors means any or all sub-contractors identified in the Proponent’s Proposal.

  • Neither Party excludes or limits its liability for: death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or that of its employees, agents or Sub-Contractors (as applicable); bribery or Fraud by it or its employees; or any liability to the extent it cannot be excluded or limited by Law.

  • The Supplier shall, and/or shall procure that each of its Sub-Contractors shall, comply with the pensions provisions in the following Annex.

More Definitions of Sub-Contractors

Sub-Contractors means the person or persons, as the case may be, with whom the Developer has entered into any contract or agreement including but not limited to any designing, engineering, procurement, construction, operation, maintenance and / or management of the Project, Assets and Project Utilities or matters incidental thereto, but does not include a person who has entered into an agreement for providing financial assistance, and the term “Sub-Contract” shall be interpreted accordingly;
Sub-Contractors means and Designer where a Principal Designer is appointed, and/or a Contractor where a Principal Contractor is appointed.
Sub-Contractors includes sub-contractors at all tiers of sub-contracting;
Sub-Contractors means direct and indirect sub-contractors (of any degree) and their respective officers, servants and agents.
Sub-Contractors means the person or persons, as the case may be, with whom the Facility Manager has entered into any contract or agreement including but not limited to any designing, engineering, procurement, construction, operation, maintenance and/ or management of the SFM Project, Station Assets and Station Project Utilities or matters incidental thereto, but does not include a person who has entered into an agreement for providing financial assistance or any Licensee, and the term “Sub-Contract” shall be interpreted accordingly;
Sub-Contractors means a person, firm or corporation who directly or indirectly supplies services or materials to a Contractor or to Purchaser on behalf of the Contractor and to whom the
Sub-Contractors means the persons, firms, companies or agencies who after approval of the Owner/ Owner‟s Representative, have entered into a direct Contract with the Contractor in respect of any part of the Work and any later package of the Project, and include the Sub- contractors' legal representatives, successors and permitted assignee. The Contractor shall have full responsibility for the actions and work of any Subcontractor whether contracted by the Contractor to perform portions of the Work or any later package of the Project.
