Neither Party excludes or limits its liability for: death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or that of its employees, agents or Sub-Contractors (as applicable); bribery or Fraud by it or its employees; or any liability to the extent it cannot be excluded or limited by Law.
The Supplier shall, and/or shall procure that each of its Sub-Contractors shall, comply with the pensions provisions in the following Annex.

The Authority and the Customer have consented to the engagement of the Key Sub-Contractors listed in DMP Schedule 7 (Key Sub-Contractors).
