Company GAAP Financial Statements definition

Company GAAP Financial Statements has the meaning set forth in Section 4.6(a).
Company GAAP Financial Statements means the audited Consolidated Balance Sheets of the Company (or its predecessors) as of December 31, 1994 and 1993 and the Consolidated Statements of Operations, Consolidated Statements of Shareholder's Equity and Consolidated Statements of Cash Flows of the Company (or its predecessors) for each of the three fiscal years included in the three-year period ended December 31, 1994, prepared in accordance with GAAP, together with the notes thereon and the related reports of KPMG Peat Marwick LLP.
Company GAAP Financial Statements means all of the financial statements of the Company included in the Company SEC Reports publicly available on the internet website of the SEC at least ten (10) Business Days prior to the date of this Agreement, including the notes thereto.
