Company Key Employees definition

Company Key Employees is defined in Section 6.06.

Company Key Employees means Xxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx.

Company Key Employees. Any employee of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries that is classified by the Company’s salary grade system at grade 28 or higher.
