Company Matching Account definition

Company Matching Account means (i) the sum of all of a Participant's Annual Company Matching Amounts, plus (ii) amounts credited in accordance with all the applicable crediting provisions of this Plan that relate to the Participant's Company Matching Account, less (iii) all distributions made to the Participant or his or her Beneficiary pursuant to this Plan that relate to the Participant's Company Matching Account.
Company Matching Account means (i) the sum of all of a Participant’s Annual Company Matching Contributions, plus (ii) amounts credited in accordance with all the applicable crediting and debiting provisions of this Plan that relate to the Participant’s Company Matching Account, less (iii) all distributions made to the Participant or his or her Beneficiary pursuant to this Plan that relate to the Participant’s Company Matching Account.
Company Matching Account means any one of the accounts so designated and provided for in Section 6.01.

Examples of Company Matching Account in a sentence

  • Despite anything to the contrary in this Plan, if the Committee in good faith determines that a Participant has caused or incurred a Termination of Employment for Cause, then such Participant's Company Discretionary Account and such Participant's Company Matching Account (including both vested and unvested balances thereof) automatically shall be forfeited in their entirety, subject to compliance with all applicable laws.

  • In addition, the Company may at any time direct the Committee to credit a Participant's Company Matching Account with such additional amount that the Company has determined, for any reason, to credit to such Participant.

  • The Committee shall establish and maintain a separate Company Matching Account for each Participant under the Plan.

Company Matching Account means that portion of the Trust Fund which, with respect to any Member or Deferred Member, is attributable to Company Matching Contributions and any investment earnings and gains or losses thereon.
