Company Options definition

Company Options means options to purchase shares of Company Common Stock.
Company Options means mean options (including commitments to grant options) to purchase shares of Company Common Stock issued pursuant to the Company Stock Plan or any other Benefit Plan.
Company Options means any options to purchase shares of Company Common Stock outstanding under any of the Company Stock Plans.

More Definitions of Company Options

Company Options means all options to purchase Shares (whether granted by the Company pursuant to the Company Equity Plans, assumed by the Company in connection with any merger, acquisition or similar transaction or otherwise issued or granted).
Company Options means all issued and outstanding options (including commitments to grant options) to purchase or otherwise acquire Company Common Stock (whether or not vested) held by any Person.
Company Options means all options to purchase Company Common Stock, whether or not exercisable and whether or not vested, that are outstanding immediately prior to the Closing granted under the Company Equity Incentive Plan (or otherwise), excluding, for the avoidance of doubt, the Company Warrants and the Company RSUs.
Company Options means outstanding options to acquire Shares from the Company granted under the Company Stock Plans.
Company Options means options or other rights to purchase shares of Company Capital Stock issued by the Company.
Company Options shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.3(b).
