  • The indemnities given herein above, whether given by Company or Contractor shall be without regard to fault or to the negligence of either party even though said loss, damage, liability, claim, demand, expense, cost or cause of action may be caused, occasioned by or contributed to by the negligence, either sole or concurrent of either party.

  • The Contractor or Contractors means the firm, company or person engaged by the SBIIMS to carry out the work. It shall also include their legal representative(s), successors or assigns.
