Company Software definition

Company Software means Software owned or purported to be owned by or developed by or for the Company or any Company Subsidiary.
Company Software means the Company Licensed Software and the Company Proprietary Software.
Company Software means all Software owned by the Company or its Subsidiaries.

Examples of Company Software in a sentence

  • Neither the Company nor the Company Subsidiary has used any Open Source Software in a manner that requires the Company or the Company Subsidiary: (i) to grant to any Person any rights to or immunities under any Company Owned Intellectual Property; (ii) to disclose, license, or make available to any Person the source code to any Company Software; or (iii) to make any Company Software subject to the terms of any Open Source Software license.


More Definitions of Company Software

Company Software has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14(f).
Company Software means any software (including firmware and other software embedded in hardware devices) owned, developed (or currently being developed), used, marketed, distributed, licensed or sold by the Company at any time (other than non-customized third-party software licensed to the Company for internal use on a non-exclusive basis).
Company Software means any and all computer programs or portions thereof owned, licensed, distributed, copied, modified, displayed, sublicensed or otherwise used by the Company in connection with the operation of its business as now conducted or as now proposed to be conducted as described in the Exchange Act Documents.
