Company Trust definition

Company Trust means that certain trust account of the Company with Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company, acting as trustee, established under the Company Trust Agreement.
Company Trust has the meaning set forth in Section 6.14(j)(ii).

Examples of Company Trust in a sentence

  • If this Subscription Agreement terminates following the delivery to the Company Trust Account by the undersigned of the Purchase Price, the Company shall promptly (but not later than two Business Days thereafter) return the Purchase Price to the undersigned.
