Master Trust Trustee definition

Master Trust Trustee means the entity acting as trustee under the applicable Pooling and Servicing Agreement.
Master Trust Trustee means The Bank of New York, as trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement and each successor to The Bank of New York in the same capacity.
