Comparable Facilities definition

Comparable Facilities shall have the meaning set forth in the Stadium Lease. “Condemnation Action” shall mean a taking by any Governmental Authority (or other Person with power of eminent domain) by exercise of any right of eminent domain or by appropriation and an acquisition by any Governmental Authority (or other Person with power of eminent domain) through a private purchase in lieu thereof.

More Definitions of Comparable Facilities

Comparable Facilities means domestic or international LNG facilities of a size, type and design comparable to the LNG Facility.
