Comparable Treasury Issues definition

Comparable Treasury Issues means the United States Treasury security or securities selected by the Remarketing Dealer as having an actual or interpolated maturity or maturities comparable to the remaining term of the MOPPRS being remarketed.
Comparable Treasury Issues for the ROARS means the U.S. Treasury security or securities selected by the Remarketing Dealer, as of the first Remarketing Date, as having an actual or interpolated maturity or maturities comparable to the remaining term of the ROARS being purchased by the Remarketing Dealer.
Comparable Treasury Issues means the United States Treasury security or securities selected by the Remarketing Dealer as having an actual or interpolated maturity or maturities comparable to the remaining term of the Securities being purchased.

Comparable Treasury Issues means the United States Treasury security or securities selected by the SPURS Agent as having an actual or interpolated maturity or maturities comparable or applicable to the remaining term to the next succeeding Interest Adjustment Date of the Notes being purchased.

Comparable Treasury Issues means either (i) the United States Treasury security selected by an Independent Investment Banker as having an actual maturity, or (ii) two such securities selected by an Independent Investment Banker to be used to interpolate a maturity, in each case comparable to the remaining term of the Notes to be redeemed that would be used, at the time of selection and in accordance with customary financial practice, in pricing new issues of corporate debt securities of comparable maturity to the remaining term of the Notes.
