Compensation Demand definition

Compensation Demand means the Power Hydro provides to the Customer pursuant to Clause 3.05;

  • In each Month Hydro will provide Compensation Demand to the Customer to the maximum value of 8,000 kilowatts in an amount that shall not exceed the remaining amount of Compensation Energy for that Month at an 80% load factor.
