Compensation of Officers. The officers of the Corporation shall be entitled to receive such compensation for their services as shall from time to time be determined by the Board of Directors.
Compensation of Officers. The salaries or compensation, if any, of all Executive Officers shall be fixed by the Board of Managers or the Compensation Committee of the Board of Managers, if there be one. The salaries or compensation of the Other Officers and division officers, if there be any, may be fixed from time to time by the Board of Managers, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer or the President and Chief Operating Officer.
Compensation of Officers. Subgrantee must provide to the Commonwealth the names and total compensation of the five most highly compensated officers of the entity if-

(i) the entity in the preceding fiscal year received—
(I) 80 percent or more of its annual gross revenues in Federal awards; and
(II) $25,000,000 or more in annual gross revenues from Federal awards; and
(ii) the public does not have access to information about the compensation of the senior executives of the entity through periodic reports filed under section 13(a) or 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (15 U.S.C. 78m(a), 78o(d)) or section 6104 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.
Compensation of Officers. The compensation of all Officers of the Company shall be fixed by the Board of Directors or in such other manner as may be approved by the Board of Directors and no Officer shall serve the Company in any other capacity and receive compensation therefor unless such additional compensation is authorized by the Board of Directors.
Compensation of Officers. The Board of Directors shall have power to fix the compensation of all officers of the Company. It may authorize any officer, upon whom the power of appointing subordinate officers may have been conferred, to fix the compensation of such subordinate officers.
Compensation of Officers. Subject to any applicable provisions of the Declaration of Trust, the compensation of the officers shall be fixed from time to time by the Trustees or by any Committee or officer upon whom such power may be conferred by the Trustees. No officer shall be prevented from receiving such compensation as such officer by reason of the fact that he or she is also a Trustee.
Compensation of Officers. An officer shall be entitled only to such compensation as shall be established by written contract or agreement duly approved by or on behalf of the Corporation, or established or approved by resolution of the Board of Directors. Absent such written contract, agreement or resolution of the Board of Directors, no officer shall have a cause of action against the Corporation to recover any amount due or alleged to be due as compensation for services in his or her capacity as an officer of the Corporation.
Compensation of Officers. The salaries of all Officers and agents of the Company shall be fixed from time to time by the Board of Directors. No Officer shall be prevented from receiving such salary by reason of the fact that he is also a Director of the Company.
