Compensation Report means a compensation report from an independent compensation consultant, specifically tailored to the Company and its executive officers using the Comparator Group. Examples of Compensation Report in a sentence

  • The Network Service Provider will compete and sign the FFATA Certification of Executive Compensation Report Requirements form (CF 1111 or successor) if this Contract includes $25,000 or more in Federal funds (as determined over its entire term.) The Provider shall also report the total compensation of its five most highly paid executives if it also receives in excess of 80% of its annual gross revenues from Federal Funds.

Related to Compensation Report

  • Remuneration Report means the remuneration report which forms part of the Directors’ Report of the Company for the financial year ended 30 June 2020 and which is set out in the 2020 Annual Report.

  • Reconciliation Report refers to the Reconciliation Report as referenced in s. 1 of Reg 200/21 under Connecting Care Act, 2019.

  • Valuation Report means the valuation report or reports for mortgage purposes, in the form of the pro-forma contained in the Standard Documentation, obtained by the Seller from a Valuer in respect of each Mortgaged Property or a valuation report in respect of a valuation made using a methodology which would be acceptable to a reasonable prudent mortgage lender;

  • Evaluation Report means that document which becomes a part of the employee’s personnel file.

  • Additional Special Servicing Compensation As defined in Section 3.11(d).
