Valuation Report definition

Valuation Report means the valuation report or reports for mortgage purposes, in the form of the pro-forma contained in the Standard Documentation, obtained by the Seller from a Valuer in respect of each Mortgaged Property or a valuation report in respect of a valuation made using a methodology which would be acceptable to a reasonable prudent mortgage lender;
Valuation Report means a report by the Borrower, as of the close of business on a particular date, listing each security and other investment of the Borrower and the value thereof.
Valuation Report. The meaning specified in Section 10.5(b).

More Definitions of Valuation Report

Valuation Report means the report prepared by the Valuation Agent and delivered to the Facility Agent and the Borrower pursuant to Section 5.12(a)(i) of the Loan Agreement, in the form attached as Exhibit B hereto.
Valuation Report is defined in Section 6.5(c).
