Competition Condition definition

Competition Condition has the meaning set forth in Clause 4.2.2(a).
Competition Condition means any of the Conditions set out in Clause 4.1(a) and in Clause 4.1(d) to the extent that any order, decision or judgement has been, or might reasonably be expected to be, issued or made by a Competition Authority;

Examples of Competition Condition in a sentence

  • Clauses 4.3 to 4.8 apply to any Competition Law review of the Transaction by any Competition Authority, irrespective of whether they are covered by the Competition Condition.

More Definitions of Competition Condition

Competition Condition means the condition that is satisfied during any period in which a third party supplier of the Generic Product has made the Generic Product for purchase in commercial quantities (meaning at least ten percent (10%) or more availability) by major wholesalers, retail pharmacy chains and managed care providers in the United States sufficient to meet a significant portion (at least ten percent (10%)) of such parties’ initial stocking requirements.
