Competition Team definition

Competition Team means a Team that use tryouts, invitations, recruiting, or similar processes to roster players.
Competition Team means a selective competitive team with at least 50% of players being residents of Bedford (e.g., AAU or Classic Teams).

  • Any team not adhering to this rule will be subject to a fine decided by the Competition Team which is likely to be the removal of all prize money for that team.

  • Please note that Competition Team members must follow the glasses requirements for each competition they attend, and these regulations might differ from those of the Academy.

  • By participating in the Competition, Team and Competitors accept and agree to be bound by and comply with SUPER and any Competition Specific Rules.

  • With respect to any and all Team Technology identified after the end of the Competition or the end of Team’s active participation in the Competition, Team and each Team Member must disclose any and all such Team Technology to Title Sponsor within thirty (30) days after identification of such Team Technology.

Related to Competition Team

  • Competitions means any competition comprised within the Event where the winner is awarded a prize. A Competition may be comprised of one or more qualification phase/sections, runs or heats, including official training sessions. In the FIS Rules, Competitions are sometimes also referred to as “races”.

  • Proprietary Information shall have the same meaning as Confidential Information.

  • Investor Relations Activities means any activities, by or on behalf of the Company or a shareholder of the Company, that promote or reasonably could be expected to promote the purchase or sale of securities of the Company, but does not include:

  • Professional Technologist means a person holding registration as Professional Engineering Technologist in terms of the Engineering Profession Act, 2000.

  • Public Works Director means the director of public works, or his or her designee.
