Complaints Resolution and Referral Service. (‘CRRS’) means the ‘National Disability Complaints Resolution and Referral Service’ which investigates complaints about Australian Government funded disability employment services and advocacy services.
Complaints Resolution and Referral Service or ‘CRRS’ means a service by that name available to Participants and potential Participants, available directly or through the National Customer Service Line.

  • Dispute Resolution Procedures means the procedures outlined in Annexure A of the MSA Determination.

  • Pretrial Services Officer (i.e., USPSO) means the individual appointed by a United States District Court to provide pretrial release investigations, recommendations and supervision services for that court. “Pretrial Services Officer” refers to the individual responsible for the direct supervision of a client receiving drug/alcohol testing and/or treatment and/or mental health treatment services.

  • Staff Vetting Procedure means the Authority’s procedures for the vetting of personnel and as advised to the Contractor by the Authority.
