Complex Manager definition

Complex Manager. The person appointed by the HOA to manage the day-to-day affairs of the Complex. If no Complex Manager has been appointed, or in his absence, then the Exco’s Chairman;
Complex Manager shall have the definition given to such term in the Tri-Party Agreement.
Complex Manager has the meaning set forth in Section 6.3(a).

  • This may, for example include a Complex Manager, an Area Manager or Bunnings Human Resources.

  • Reasonable amount of time shall be defined by the Complex Manager or his/her designee with due consideration to Complex work requirements and the nature of the Union business.

  • Where an employee, at the express request of the Complex Manager or their designate, is requested to work overtime or to work in excess of 4 continuous hours without a meal break, a meal allowance of ½ an hour will be paid (based on the individuals hourly rate), per occurrence.
