Complex Manager definition

Complex Manager. The person appointed by the HOA to manage the day-to-day affairs of the Complex. If no Complex Manager has been appointed, or in his absence, then the Exco’s Chairman;
Complex Manager has the meaning set forth in Section 6.3(a).
Complex Manager shall have the definition given to such term in the Tri-Party Agreement.
