Compliance Matrix definition

Compliance Matrix means the matrix covering all functional departments and Business Process Owners responsible for the compliance matters in the Company and the Group.
Compliance Matrix means the structure of the College’s Compliance Program, which involves a documented compilation of laws, regulations and standards that also identifies and connects the offices and individuals responsible for specific compliance areas.

  • BATC shall perform all box level testing per environmental design and test specification and the box level Requirements Verification and Compliance Matrix.

Related to Compliance Matrix

  • Compliance schedule means a schedule designed to achieve compliance with limits, reduce pollutants in the effluent, improve the pretreatment system, etc. A permit compliance schedule does not relieve the permittee of its obligations to comply with applicable pretreatment standards and pretreatment requirements, including the prohibitions against pass through and interference. Such schedules are included in Part I of the permit.

  • Compliance Statement is that certain statement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

  • Compliance Report means, as applicable in relation to the test being conducted, a report containing the results of the Compliance Tests carried out by State Street.

  • Monitoring Requirements Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the monitoring arrangements.

  • Compliance Plan means the compliance obligations, program, and procedures described in this Consent Decree at paragraph 13.
