Component A2 definition

Component A2 means that portion of the Loan in the amount of Thirty Three Million and No/100 Dollars ($33,000,000.00) made by Lender to Borrower pursuant to this Agreement.
Component A2 means that portion of the Loan in the amount of Two Million Four Hundred Fifty Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($2,450,000.00) made by Lender to Borrower pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Class A-3 Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class C Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to the WAC Rate for such Distribution Date.

  • Class D Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 2.00000%.

  • Original Lower-Tier Principal Amount With respect to any Class of Uncertificated Lower-Tier Interest, the initial principal amount thereof as of the Closing Date, in each case as specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Class C Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).
