Component I definition

Component I means the portion of the Retirement System described in this Combined Plan and which consists of:
Component I. The sum of the 13 Separate Components corresponding to the Class A-I Certificates, the Class R-1 Certificates and the Current Principal Amount of the Class B Certificates which derives its distributions from Group I Mortgage Loans. Component II: The one Separate Component corresponding to the Current Principal Amount of the Class B Certificates which derives its distributions from Group II Mortgage Loans.
Component I. The component certificate that represents the interest of the Owners of the Class A-7 Certificates in Group I which is a regular interest in the Upper-Tier REMIC that together with Component II comprises the Class A-7 Certificates.

  • The following table irrevocably sets forth the designation, Uncertificated Pass-Through Rate and initial Uncertificated Principal Balance for each of the "regular interests" in REMIC I and the designation and Certificate Principal Balance of the Class R Certificates allocable to Component I of the Class R Certificates.

  • The REMIC I Regular Interests will be "regular interests" in REMIC I and Component I of the Class R Certificates will be the sole class of "residual interests" in REMIC I for purposes of the REMIC Provisions (as defined herein) under the federal income tax law.

  • The following table irrevocably sets forth the designation, remittance rate (the "Uncertificated REMIC I Pass-Through Rate") and initial Uncertificated Principal Balance for each of the "regular interests" in REMIC I (the "REMIC I Regular Interests") and the Class Principal Balance of Component I of the Class AR-L Certificates.

  • The REMIC I Regular Interests shall be designated as the "regular interests" and Component I of the Class R Certificates shall be designated as the sole Class of "residual interests" in the REMIC I.

  • Academic Component: I will meet with the Faculty Supervisor to reflect on the observations, experiences, ethical considerations, and other issues that arise during my externship.

  • Component Interest Rate Not applicable.

  • Subordinate Component Balance For any of Loan Group I, Loan Group II, Loan Group III, Loan Group IV or Loan Group V, as of any date of determination, the then outstanding aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans in that Loan Group minus the sum of the then outstanding aggregate Class Principal Balance of the related Classes of Class A Certificates.

  • Component Balance With respect to any Component and any Distribution Date, the Initial Component Balance thereof on the Closing Date, (A) plus any increase in the Component Balance of such Component pursuant to Section 4.02 due to the receipt of Subsequent Recoveries, (B) minus the sum of all amounts applied in reduction of the principal balance of such Component and Realized Losses allocated thereto on previous Distribution Dates.

  • Class C Component The Component having such designation.

  • Initial Component Balance As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Class D Component The Component having such designation.

  • Component Principal Balance As of any Distribution Date, and with respect to any Component, other than any Notional Component, the initial Component Principal Balance thereof (as set forth, as applicable, in the definition of Component) (plus, in the case of any Accrual Component, any related Accrual Amount for each previous Distribution Date) less the sum of (x) all amounts distributed in reduction thereof on previous Distribution Dates pursuant to Section 4.01 and (y) the amount of all Realized Losses allocated thereto pursuant to Section 4.03(d).

  • Component part means any part of a vehicle, other than a tire, having a component part number.

  • Interest Component Each future interest payment, or portion thereof, due on or prior to the Maturity Date, or if the Debt Security is subject to redemption or repayment prior to the Maturity Date, the first date on which such Debt Security is subject to redemption or repayment.

  • SPE Component Entity shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1 hereof.

  • Class A-2 Component The Component having such designation.

  • Component Notional Amount Not applicable.

  • Accrued Component Interest With respect to each Component for any Distribution Date, one month’s interest at the Class X Strip Rate applicable to such Component for such Distribution Date, accrued on the Component Notional Amount of such Component outstanding immediately prior to such Distribution Date. Accrued Component Interest shall be calculated on a 30/360 Basis and, with respect to any Component and any Distribution Date, shall be deemed to accrue during the calendar month preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs.

  • Class B Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class E Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class A-S Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class A-1 Component The Component having such designation.

  • Principal Component The principal payment plus any interest payments that are either due after the date specified in, or are specified as ineligible for stripping in, the applicable Supplemental Agreement.

  • Dilution Volatility Component means the product (expressed as a percentage) of (i) the difference between (a) the highest three (3)-month rolling average Dilution Ratio over the past 12 Calculation Periods and (b) the Adjusted Dilution Ratio, and (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is equal to the amount calculated in (i)(a) of this definition and the denominator of which is equal to the amount calculated in (i)(b) of this definition.

  • Component Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Class A-4 Component The Component having such designation.

  • Original component manufacturer means an organization that designs and/or engineers a part and is entitled to any intellectual property rights to that part.

  • Class B-1 Pass-Through Rate For the first Distribution Date, 5.503750% per annum. For any Distribution Date thereafter, the lesser of (i) One-Month LIBOR plus the Class B-1 Margin, and (ii) the Net Rate Cap for such Distribution Date.

  • Class X-A Components The Class A-1 Component, Class A-2 Component, Class A-3 Component, Class A-4 Component, Class A-AB Component and Class A-S Component, each of which constitutes a separate class of “regular interests”, within the meaning of Code Section 860G(a)(1), in the Upper-Tier REMIC with a pass-through rate equal to its Class X Strip Rate from time to time and a notional amount equal to its Component Notional Amount from time to time.

  • -Through Rate As to each Class of interest-bearing Certificates, the per annum rate set forth or described in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Corresponding Component As identified in the Preliminary Statement with respect to any Class of Non-Vertically Retained Principal Balance Certificates or Lower-Tier Regular Interest.
