Computerized file definition

Computerized file means an electronic data file using software approved for use by the Secretary, containing complete cancer report information transferable to a master electronic database system maintained by the Department.

  • Electronic File means any text, illustration or other matter supplied or produced by either Party in digitised form on disc, through a modem, or by ISDN or any other communication link.

  • Case file means a record that is assembled and maintained for each application approved for state cost sharing.

  • Electronic filing system means a system provided by the State Court Administrative Office that permits electronic transmission of data and documents.

  • Computer database or “database” means a collection of recorded information in a form capable of, and for the purpose of, being stored in, processed, and operated on by a computer. The term does not include computer software.

  • Computer means an electronic device that accepts information in digital or similar form and manipulates it for a result based on a sequence of instructions.
