Concession Lease definition

Concession Lease means this Concession Lease, including all exhibits attached hereto, and other documents as set forth in Section 1.02 below.
Concession Lease or "Lease" means the agreement executed by the Department and a third party for the operation of business or service upon properties operated by the Department.
Concession Lease means any lease granted by the Secretary of State to the Concessionaires in pursuance of the Concession, and references to a Concession lease include any provisions of a Concession agreement providing for the grant of a lease of any land by the Secretary of State to the Concessionaires.

  • Any change in the control of Concessionaire Tenant (defined for purposes of this Concession Lease as a sale or transfer of more than fifty percent (50%) of the ownership interests in Concessionaire Tenant) will be deemed an assignment for purposes of this Section.

  • Transmittals under this Section 11 shall be made by delivery to the Notice Addresses for City or Concessionaire Tenant in Section 12.16 of this Concession Lease in the manner set forth therein.

  • Therefore, the parties hereto agree that the liquidated damages amounts, set forth below for violation of Concession Lease terms addressing the referenced subject matter are reasonable estimates of the loss anticipated to be suffered or incurred by City.

  • Failure to timely file the Certification shall relieve City of any obligation regarding unamortized investments otherwise provided for in this Concession Lease.

  • Notwithstanding the above, the term of this Concession Lease will not change by reason of this Section 12.15.

Related to Concession Lease

  • Concession Contract means a contract for pecuniary interest concluded in writing between one or more economic operators and one or more contracting authorities within the meaning of Articles 168 and 172, in order to entrust the execution of works or the provision and management of services to an economic operator (the ‘concession’). The remuneration shall consist either solely in the right to exploit the works or services or in that right together with payment. The award of a concession contract shall involve the transfer to the concessionaire of an operating risk in exploiting those works or services encompassing demand risk or supply risk, or both. The concessionaire shall be deemed to assume an operating risk where, under normal operating conditions, there is no guarantee of recouping the investments made or the costs incurred in operating the works or the services at stake;

  • Concession Area means particulars of the area as more particularly described in Form A of West Bengal Minor Minerals (Auction) Rules, 2016.

  • Ground Lease means a lease creating a leasehold estate in real property where the fee owner as the ground lessor conveys for a term or terms of years its entire interest in the land and buildings and other improvements, if any, comprising the premises demised under such lease to the ground lessee (who may, in certain circumstances, own the building and improvements on the land), subject to the reversionary interest of the ground lessor as fee owner. With respect to any Mortgage Loan where the Mortgage Loan is secured by a Ground Leasehold estate in whole or in part, and the related Mortgage does not also encumber the related lessor’s fee interest in such Mortgaged Property, based upon the terms of the Ground Lease and any estoppel or other agreement received from the ground lessor in favor of Mortgage Loan Seller, its successors and assigns (collectively, the “Ground Lease and Related Documents”), Mortgage Loan Seller represents and warrants that:

  • Mining Lease means the mining lease granted pursuant to Clause 12 and includes any renewal thereof and according to the requirements of the context shall describe the area of land demised as well as the instrument by which it is demised;

  • Concession Agreement means this Agreement, its Recitals, the Schedules hereto and any amendments thereto made in accordance with the provisions contained in this Agreement;
