Mining Lease definition

Mining Lease means the mining lease granted pursuant to Clause 12 and includes any renewal thereof and according to the requirements of the context shall describe the area of land demised as well as the instrument by which it is demised;
Mining Lease means a lease granted for the purpose of undertaking mining operations, and includes a sub-lease granted for such purpose;
Mining Lease means the Mining Lease granted pursuant to Clause 5 and according to the requirements of the context shall describe the area of land demised as well as the instrument by which it is demised;

Mining Lease means Mining Lease No. 70/191 and any mining lease or mining leases that be granted in respect of lands the subject of the Prospecting Licences pursuant to application by the Company under section 49 of the Mining Act and includes any extension or variation of such lease or leases from time to time and any replacements thereof;
