Concessioning Authority Event of Default definition

Concessioning Authority Event of Default shall have the meaning as set out under Article 15.1(b).
Concessioning Authority Event of Default shall have the meaning as set out under Article15.1(b). “Concessionaire Event of Default” shall have the meaning as set out under Article 15.1 (a). “Concession Period” meanstheperiod of the Concessionspecified in Article 2.2ofthis Agreement. “Conciliation & Settlement Committee” shall have the meaning assigned to it under Article 19.3 “Conditions Precedent” shall mean the conditions prescribed in Article 3 of this Agreement.

Examples of Concessioning Authority Event of Default in a sentence

  • Event of Default means the Concessionaire Event of Default or the Concessioning Authority Event of Default or both as the context may admit or require.

  • Without prejudice to any other right or remedy which the Concessionaire may have in respect thereof under this Agreement, upon the occurrence of Concessioning Authority Event of Default, the Concessionaire shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement by issuing Termination Notice.

  • Events of Default shall mean either Concessionaire Event of Default or Concessioning Authority Event of Default or both as the context may admit or requires.

  • Without prejudice to any right or remedy, which the Concessionaire may have under this Agreement, upon occurrence of a Concessioning Authority Event of Default, the Concessionaire shall be entitled to issue a Termination Notice to the Concessioning Authority.

  • If the termination is due to a Concessioning Authority Event of Default, the compensation payable by the Concessioning Authority shall be equal to the aggregate of (i) Debt Due plus (ii) 150% (one hundred and fifty percent) Equity.

  • Event of Default means either Concessionaire Event of Default or Concessioning Authority Event of Default or both as the context may admit or require.

  • If the termination is due to a Concessioning Authority Event of Default, the compensation payable by the Concessioning Authority shall be equal to the aggregate of (i) Debt Due plus (ii) 150% (one hundred and fifty percent) Equity (iii) 115% (one hundred and fifteen per cent) of the amount representing the Additional Termination Payment.

  • Such notice shall specify in reasonable detail the Force Majeure event, the Concessionaire Event of Default or the Concessioning Authority Event of Default, as the case may be, giving rise to the Notice of Intention to Terminate.

  • The Concessionaire shall entirely at its cost, terminate all such Project Contracts which are not transferred/assigned to the Concessioning Authority provided, if the termination is on account of the Concessioning Authority Event of Default the Concessioning Authority shall compensate the Concessionaire to the extent of the termination payments, if any, made or to be made by the Concessionaire to the counter parties to such contracts.

  • Potential Event of Default means any event which, with the giving of notice or the lapse of time or both, would constitute an Event of Default.

  • Specified Event of Default means any Event of Default under Section 8.01(a), Section 8.01(f) or Section 8.01(g).

  • Financial Covenant Event of Default has the meaning specified in Section 8.01(b).

  • Bankruptcy Event of Default means any Event of Default under Section 8.01(f) of the Credit Agreement.

  • Event of Default has the meaning specified in Section 8.01.

  • Event Outside Our Control means any act or event beyond WRAS’s reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks [or impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport;
