Concurrent Equity Offering means the initial public offering by the Company of its Subordinate Voting Shares made pursuant to a registration statement on Form F-1 (No. 333-95621) filed with the SEC on January 28, 2000, as such registration statement is amended or supplemented from time to time.
Concurrent Equity Offering means the public offering commenced pursuant to the preliminary prospectus dated December 7, 2009 for cash and consummated on December 15, 2009 by the Issuer of its Common Stock.
