Shares of the Company definition

Shares of the Company means the shares of capital stock of the Company; and
Shares of the Company means all ordinary and preferred shares issued by the Company, which are at any time and in any way held by the Shareholders, which are bound by this Agreement and subject thereto, including:
Shares of the Company means shares of the common stock of the Company or any other shares of the Company of whatever class having the right to vote for the election of directors of the Company.
