Condition Form definition

Condition Form has the meaning set forth in Section 7(b).

Examples of Condition Form in a sentence

  • If Resident fails to complete the Move-In/Move-Out Condition Form and return it to Owner, or specifically dissent in writing to any damage or defect when designated, then Resident waives the right to dispute any assessment of damages to the Premises upon Resident’s surrendering possession of the Premises at the termination of the Lease Contract.

  • Within 48 hours after you move-in, you are required to return the Apartment Condition Form and notify us in writing of any defects or damages in your Bedroom and in the Apartment; otherwise, your Bedroom, the Apartment, and the fixtures, appliances and furniture in your Bedroom and the Apartment will be considered to be in a clean, safe and good working condition and you will be responsible for defects or damages that may have occurred before you moved in.

  • This Room Condition Form will be an accurate and complete record of the contents and condition of the assigned room and will be the basis for room damage charges, if assessed.

  • Resident hereby acknowledges that the Premises are being delivered in "as-is" condition, and Resident’s acceptance of the Premises at the beginning of the Term constitutes Resident’s acknowledgment that the Premises, its fixtures and furniture are in good repair and reasonable condition, except as otherwise specifically noted on the Move-In/Move-Out Condition Form, which is to be completed by Resident within 24 hours of move in or according to applicable law.

  • Within 48 hours of taking possession of the UNIT, TENANT must inspect the UNIT and provide LANDLORD a list of any defects or damages to the UNIT by completing a Move-in Condition Form.

  • An Apartment Condition Form will be provided to you at the time that you move into the Premises.

  • Failure to submit the Unit Condition Form within such timeframe shall be deemed acceptance that the Dwelling and Leased Premises are in good condition and that Tenant has received all Issued Items (as defined in Section 13).

  • Letter of Transmittal and Election Form means the letter of transmittal and election form for use by the Corporation Shareholders with respect to the Arrangement;

  • Beneficiary designation means the naming in a governing instrument of a beneficiary of an insurance or annuity policy, of an account with POD designation, of a security registered in beneficiary form (TOD), of a pension, profit-sharing, retirement, or similar benefit plan, or of another nonprobate transfer at death.

  • Spousal Consent has the meaning set forth in Section 7.19.

  • Notice to Participants means a communication sent by or on behalf of BSEF to all Participants as described in Rule 310.

  • Annual Information Form means a document filed by the funds with Canadian securities regulators which provides supplementary information about the funds.

  • Account Application Form means the Personal Account Application Form for International Personal Banking or Wealth and Investment as applicable;

  • Plan Agreement means a written agreement, as may be amended from time to time, which is entered into by and between an Employer and a Participant. Each Plan Agreement executed by a Participant and the Participant’s Employer shall provide for the entire benefit to which such Participant is entitled under the Plan; should there be more than one Plan Agreement, the Plan Agreement bearing the latest date of acceptance by the Employer shall supersede all previous Plan Agreements in their entirety and shall govern such entitlement. The terms of any Plan Agreement may be different for any Participant, and any Plan Agreement may provide additional benefits not set forth in the Plan or limit the benefits otherwise provided under the Plan; provided, however, that any such additional benefits or benefit limitations must be agreed to by both the Employer and the Participant.

  • Policy form means the form on which the policy is delivered or issued for delivery by the issuer.

  • Approval Letter means the letter from WRAS to the Applicant confirming the grant of WRAS Approval in respect of a Product;

  • Tax Certification Forms means any forms or other documentation as may be issued or required by a Tax Authority or by us from time to time to confirm your tax status [or the tax status of a Connected Person].

  • Advance Request Form means a certificate, in substantially the form of Exhibit A, properly completed and signed by Borrower requesting an Advance.
