Condominium bylaws definition

Condominium bylaws or “bylaws” means the required set of bylaws for the condominium project attached to the master deed.
Condominium bylaws or "Bylaws" means Exhibit “A” hereto, being the Bylaws setting forth the substantive rights and obligations of the Co-owners and required by Section 3(8) of the Act to be recorded as part of the Master Deed. The Bylaws shall also constitute the corporate bylaws of the Association as provided for under the Michigan Nonprofit Corporation Act.
