Conduit Portfolio Delinquency Ratio definition

Conduit Portfolio Delinquency Ratio means, with respect to any date of determination, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, (i) the numerator of which is the aggregate Principal Balance of all Delinquent Receivables as of the last day of the most recently completed Collection Period and (ii) the denominator of which is the Pool Balance as of the last day of such Collection Period. "Conduit Portfolio Net Loss Ratio (Non-Prime)" means, with respect to any date of determination, the product of (i) the percentage equivalent of a fraction, (a) the numerator of which is the difference of (1) the aggregate Principal Balance of all Non-Prime Receivables that became Defaulted Receivables during the most recently completed Collection Period minus (2) all Recoveries received during such Collection Period with respect to Non-Prime Receivables and (b) the denominator of which is the aggregate Principal Balance of all Non-Prime Receivables as of the last day of such Collection Period times (ii) twelve. "Conduit Portfolio Net Loss Ratio (Prime)" means, with respect to any date of determination, the product of (i) the percentage equivalent of a fraction, (a) the numerator of which is the difference of (1) the aggregate Principal Balance of all Prime Receivables that became Defaulted Receivables during the most recently completed Collection Period minus (2) all Recoveries received during such Collection Period with respect to Prime Receivables and (b) the denominator of which is the aggregate Principal Balance of all Prime Receivables as of the last day of such Collection Period times (ii) twelve. "Confidential Information" means any information, data, documents and materials in any form and at any time (including prior to the date of this Agreement) with respect to the Borrower, DFC, or any of their Affiliates and their respective businesses and financial information, the Receivables and the Serviced Portfolio and includes (i) information transmitted in written, oral, magnetic or any other medium, (ii) all copies and reproductions, in whole or in part, of such information and (iii) all summaries, analyses, compilations, studies, notes or other records which contain, reflect or are generated from such information; provided, that "Confidential Information" does not include, with respect to a Person, information that (a) was already known to such Person and such knowledge was not obtained from any other entity who was known by such Person to be subject to an obligation of confidentiality or otherwise prohib...

  • Delinquency Ratio means the ratio (expressed as a percentage and rounded to the nearest 1/100 of 1%, with 5/1000th of 1% rounded upward) computed as of the last day of each Fiscal Month by dividing: (a) the aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Pool Receivables that were Delinquent Receivables on such day, by (b) the aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Pool Receivables on such day.

  • Delinquency Rate With respect to any calendar month, the fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the aggregate outstanding principal balance of all Mortgage Loans 60 days Delinquent or more (including all foreclosures, bankruptcies and REO Properties) as of the close of business on the last day of such month, and the denominator of which is the Pool Balance as of the close of business on the last day of such month.

  • Collateral Pool means, at any time, each Portfolio Investment that has been Delivered (as defined in the Guarantee and Security Agreement) to the Collateral Agent and is subject to the Lien of the Guarantee and Security Agreement, and then only for so long as such Portfolio Investment continues to be Delivered as contemplated therein and in which the Collateral Agent has a first-priority perfected Lien as security for the Secured Obligations (subject to any Lien permitted by Section 6.02 hereof with respect to such Portfolio Investment), provided that in the case of any Portfolio Investment in which the Collateral Agent has a first-priority perfected (subject to Permitted Liens under clause (g) of the definition thereof) security interest pursuant to a valid Uniform Commercial Code filing, such Portfolio Investment may be included in the Collateral Pool so long as all remaining actions to complete “Delivery” are satisfied in full within the longest period of (i) seven (7) days of such inclusion and (ii) as the Collateral Agent may agree in its reasonable discretion.

  • Collateral Value The appraised value of a Mortgaged Property based upon the lesser of (i) the appraisal (as reviewed and approved by the Seller) made at the time of the origination of the related Mortgage Loan, or (ii) the sales price of such Mortgaged Property at such time of origination. With respect to a Mortgage Loan the proceeds of which were used to refinance an existing mortgage loan, the appraised value of the Mortgaged Property based upon the appraisal (as reviewed and approved by the Seller) obtained at the time of refinancing.

  • Weighted Average Advance Rate means, as of any date of determination with respect to all Eligible Collateral Loans included in the Aggregate Net Collateral Balance, the number obtained by (a) summing the products obtained by multiplying (i) the Advance Rate of each Eligible Collateral Loan by (ii) such Eligible Collateral Loan’s contribution to the Aggregate Net Collateral Balance and dividing (b) such sum by the Aggregate Net Collateral Balance.

  • Portfolio Value means the aggregate amount of portfolio of investments including cash balance without netting off of leverage undertaken by the CDMDF.

  • 60-Day Delinquent Receivables means, as of any date of determination, all Receivables (other than Repurchased Receivables and Defaulted Receivables) that are sixty (60) or more days delinquent as of such date (or, if such date is not the last day of a Collection Period, as of the last day of the Collection Period immediately preceding such date), as determined in accordance with the Servicer’s Customary Servicing Practices.

  • Excess Servicing Fee Rate The rate of 0.0% per annum with respect to each Mortgage Loan.

  • Portfolio Yield means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the annualized percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is (a) the amount of Available Funds allocated to the MBNAseries pursuant to Section 501 of the Indenture, plus (b) any Interest Funding sub-Account Earnings on the related Transfer Date, plus (c) any amounts to be treated as MBNAseries Available Funds pursuant to Sections 3.20(d) and 3.27(a) of the Indenture Supplement, plus (d) the MBNAseries Servicer Interchange for such Monthly Period, minus (e) the excess, if any, of the sum of the PFA Prefunding Earnings Shortfall plus the PFA Accumulation Earnings Shortfall over the sum of the aggregate amount to be treated as MBNAseries Available Funds for such Monthly Period pursuant to Sections 3.04(a)(ii) and 3.25(a) of the Indenture Supplement plus any other amounts applied to cover earnings shortfalls on amounts in the Principal Funding sub-Account for any tranche of MBNAseries Notes for such Monthly Period, minus (f) the MBNAseries Investor Default Amount for such Monthly Period, and the denominator of which is the Weighted Average Available Funds Allocation Amount for the MBNAseries for such Monthly Period.

  • Weighted Average Spread means, as of any day, the number expressed as a percentage equal to (i) the Aggregate Funded Spread divided by (ii) the Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Amount (excluding any interest that has been deferred and capitalized on any Deferrable Collateral Obligation).

  • Reference Portfolio Return means on any day, the weighted average return of the Reference Assets calculated as the sum of the Weighted Reference Asset Return of each of the Reference Assets comprising the Reference Portfolio.
