Conduit Support Provider means, without duplication, (i) a provider of a Credit Facility or Liquidity Facility to or for the benefit of any CP Conduit, and any guarantor of such provider or (ii) an entity that issues commercial paper or other debt obligations, the proceeds of which are used (directly or indirectly) to fund the obligations of any CP Conduit.
Conduit Support Provider means, with respect to any Conduit Purchaser, any Person now or hereafter extending credit, or having a commitment to extend credit to or for the account of, or to make purchases from, such Conduit Purchaser or issuing a letter of credit, surety bond or other instrument to support any obligations arising under or in connection with such Conduit Purchaser’s securitization program.
