Confidential Customer Data definition

Confidential Customer Data means all Customer Personal Data and Account Data.
Confidential Customer Data means the data deemed “Confidential Information” under the Agreement and any Personally Identifiable Information, including but not limited to, Sensitive Personal Information.
Confidential Customer Data means all Customer Communications, customer account information and customer proprietary network information (“CPNI”) as that term is defined in Section 222 of the Communications Act of 1934, 47 U.S.C.222, as amended, which includes information available to RingCentral or its Affiliates by virtue of RingCentral’s relationship with Customer as a provider of the Services.

  • RingCentral has established, and will maintain, documented policies or standards appropriate to govern the handling of Confidential Customer Data in compliance with the Agreement and applicable law.

  • RingCentral will limit access to Confidential Customer Data to only those Personnel who have a reasonable need to access the Confidential Customer Data to enable RingCentral to perform its obligations under the Agreement.

  • Prior to assigning any employees to positions in which they will, or RingCentral reasonably expects them to, process Confidential Customer Data, RingCentral will conduct background checks on such employees, as permitted by applicable law.

  • RingCentral Personnel has individual User Accounts that authenticate that individual’s access to Confidential Customer Data.

  • For systems or applications associated with the access, processing, storage, communication and/or transmission of Confidential Customer Data, RingCentral generates audit logs.

  • Passwords that are associated with RingCentral’s processing of the Confidential Customer Data will comply with minimum password requirements.

Confidential Customer Data as used in this MNDA, means information or data received by one Party from the other Party, in digital, written or other formats, which may include, without limitation, customer names, service addresses, billing addresses, PG&E account numbers and other customer-specific information relevant to the participation in Program offered by PG&E.

Related to Confidential Customer Data

  • Customer Confidential Information means any information or compilation of information, not generally known, which is provided to the Employer by its customers or potential customers, is proprietary to the customer or potential customer and relates to the customer’s or potential customer’s existing or reasonably foreseeable business. Information provided to the Employer by a customer or potential customer shall be treated as Customer Confidential Information.

  • Confidential Materials means all tangible materials containing Confidential Information, including without limitation written or printed documents and computer disks or tapes, whether machine or user readable.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Confidential Information has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.

  • Confidential Information Breach This shall mean, generally, an instance where an unauthorized person or entity accesses Confidential Information in any manner, including but not limited to the following occurrences: (1) any Confidential Information that is not encrypted or protected is misplaced, lost, stolen or in any way compromised; (2)one or more third parties have had access to or taken control or possession of any Confidential Information that is not encrypted or protected without prior written authorization from the State; (3) the unauthorized acquisition of encrypted or protected Confidential Information together with the confidential process or key that is capable of compromising the integrity of the Confidential Information; or (4) if there is a substantial risk of identity theft or fraud to the Client Agency, the Contractor, DAS or State.

  • Client Information means any data, information, software or other materials that you provide to Red Hat under the Agreement.

  • Customer Information means any information contained on a customer’s application or other form and all nonpublic personal information about a customer that a Party receives from the other Party. Customer Information shall include, but not be limited to, name, address, telephone number, social security number, health information, and personal financial information (which may include a Masterworks user account number).
