Confirming Order definition

Confirming Order means a purchase order restating the same terms originally placed orally or in writing other than a purchase order.
Confirming Order means a confirmation of an already existing contract, usually made verbally by the Buyer and seller by phone. The purchase order form is often used for this purpose, but should clearly state the confirmation of the already existing contract made between (name of Buyer) and (name of seller) on (date) at (time), or words to that effect.
