Conflicts with Other Documents. In the event that this Agreement requires any action to be taken with respect to any matter and the Master Agreement requires that a different action be taken with respect to such matter, and such actions are mutually exclusive, the provisions of this Agreement in respect thereof shall control.

For ease of reference, this Agreement contains provisions set forth in the Sale and Servicing Agreement that are applicable to all Classes of Notes and all Financed Student Loans. If any term of this Third Supplemental Sale and Servicing Agreement conflicts with any term of the Sale and Servicing Agreement or any other Supplemental Sale and Servicing Agreement, this Third Supplemental Sale and Servicing Agreement shall control for purposes of the Series 1996-2 Notes.

To the extent, if any, that the provisions of this Lease (as the same may be amended from time to time) dealing with (a) insurance requirements, (b) signage, (c) environmental matters, (d) site development and construction matters (including submissions and approvals), (e) limitations on liability, and (f) warranties and representations, (i) are duplicative of, or (ii) are in conflict with, or (iii) are materially different than the provisions of the Development Standards, the Minimum Standards, the Quit-Claim Deeds, the Rickenbacker Airport Rules and Regulations, the Operating Agreement, the Commingling Fuels Agreement, or the Non-Exclusive License Agreement, the provisions of this Lease shall control.
