Financed Student Loans definition

Financed Student Loans means the Student Loans identified as such in each of the pool supplements dated as of the Closing Date between the Trust and a Seller, transferred to the Trust as of the Closing Date and listed on the Schedule of Financed Student Loans on the Closing Date as set forth in Schedule A to the Indenture (which Schedule may be in the form of microfiche or computer disk or tape).
Financed Student Loans means the collective reference to the Initial Financed Student Loans and the Subsequent Student Loans.
Financed Student Loans means, collectively, the student loans identified by the lender identification numbers, portfolio numbers or other identifying numbers described in the applicable Appendix D hereto.

More Definitions of Financed Student Loans

Financed Student Loans means those Student Loans that, as of any date of determination, have been conveyed to the Issuer, consisting of the Initial Financed Student Loans as of the Closing Date and, thereafter, any Prefunded Loans, Serial Loans or New Loans conveyed to the Issuer from the Seller, any Consolidation Loans originated by the Trust as provided in Section 6.07 of the Trust Agreement, any Consolidation Loans the principal balance of which is increased by the principal balance of any related Add-on Consolidation Loan as provided in Section 6.07 of the Trust Agreement and any Qualified Substitute Student Loans conveyed to the Issuer as provided in Section 3.02 of the Loan Sale Agreement.
Financed Student Loans means FFELP Loans refinanced with proceeds of the Notes or originated or refinanced by Access Group with moneys in the Revolving Account or the Collection Account, but does not include Student Loans released from the lien of the Indenture and sold to any purchaser.
Financed Student Loans shall include only the Financed Student Loans being transferred to the Eligible Lender Trustee on the Closing Date for the Series 1996-2 Notes and the Financed Student Loans to be transferred to the Eligible Lender Trustee during the Funding Period for the Series 1996-2 Notes.
