Connecting Pipeline Company definition

Connecting Pipeline Company means a pipeline supplier to the Company whose facilities in the sole judgment of the Company can be utilized to transport gas to the Company for delivery by the Company to the Customer under this rate schedule.

  • If the provision of Natural Gas Transportation Service under this Agreement causes Company to incur any additional charges from the Connecting Pipeline Company, Customer shall reimburse Company for any and all such charges.

  • Customer’s nomination must be received by Company by the nomination deadline of the Connecting Pipeline Company as applicable.

  • Company shall receive an adjustment in volumes of gas received by Company from the Connecting Pipeline Company for line losses, shrinkage and unaccounted for gas.

The term includes any source of water and any collection, treatment, storage, and distribution facilities under control of the operator of the system and used primarily in connection with the system, and any collection or pretreatment storage facilities not under such control which are used primarily in connection with the system.

  • Transportation Company means any organization which provides its own or its leased vehicles for transportation or which provides freight forwarding or air express services.
