Consent and Approval. Such Party has sought or obtained, or, in accordance with this Agreement will seek or obtain, each consent, approval, authorization, order, or acceptance by any Governmental Authority in connection with the execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement, and it will provide to any Governmental Authority notice of any actions under this Agreement that are required by Applicable Laws and Regulations.
Consent and Approval. Such Interconnected Entity has sought or obtained, or, in accordance with the Interconnection Service Agreement will seek or obtain, each consent, approval, authorization, order, or acceptance by any Governmental Authority in connection with the execution, delivery and performance of the Interconnection Service Agreement and it will provide to any Governmental Authority notice of any actions under this Appendix 2 that are required by Applicable Laws and Regulations.

The Developer has sought or obtained, or, in accordance with this Agreement will seek or obtain, such consent, approval, authorization, order, or acceptance by any Governmental Authority in connection with the execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement, and it will provide to any Governmental Authority notice of any actions under this Agreement that are required by Applicable Laws and Regulations.
Consent and Approval. Such Constructing Entity has sought or obtained, or, in accordance with the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will seek or obtain, each consent, approval, authorization, order, or acceptance by any Governmental Authority in connection with the execution, delivery and performance of such Agreement and it will provide to any Governmental Authority notice of any actions under such Agreement that are required by Applicable Laws and Regulations. Interconnected Transmission Owner shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following:
1. Attachment Facilities: Engineering and construction oversight for Attachment Facilities subject to the Option to Build.
2. Direct Connection Network Upgrades: Engineering and construction oversight for the new 115 kV three-breaker ring bus substation subject to the Option to Build. (PJM Network Upgrade Number N7873)
3. Non-Direct Connection Network Upgrades: PJM Network Upgrade #n7874 – Rearrange line 119 to loop into and out of the new 115kV switching station. PJM Network Upgrades #n7875, n7876, n7877, n7878 - Remote protection and communications work. Interconnection Customer shall construct, and Interconnected Transmission Owner shall own, the following:
a) Attachment Facilities: Attachment Facilities subject to the Option to Build, as indicated in the Facilities Study, include the portion of the new 115 kV three-breaker ring bus substation associated solely with the generator lead line. The equipment associated with the Attachment Facilities include the metering accuracy capacitor voltage transformers (CCVTs), metering accuracy current transformers (CTs), disconnect switch, conductors, and connectors.
b) Direct Connection Network Upgrades: New 115 kV three-breaker ring bus substation, subject to the Option to Build as indicated in the Facilities Study, located near Transmission Structure 119/413 on Interconnected Transmission Owner’s 119 Line from Grottoes Substation to Merck No. 5 Substation. The cut line will consume two of the positions in the ring bus. The third position will be for the generator lead line. (PJM Network Upgrade Number N7873) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities:
a. One (1) 115kV circuit breaker, and
b. Interconnection Customer portion of 115kV generator lead line extending from the high side of the collection substation to the point of change of ownership with VEPCO. Interconnection Cu...
Consent and Approval. That it has sought or obtained, or, in accordance with this Agreement will seek or obtain, each consent, approval, authorization or order of, or acceptance of a filing with, or notice to, any Governmental Authority with jurisdiction concerning this Agreement, in connection with the execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement.
Consent and Approval. Except as herein otherwise provided, whenever in this Agreement the consent or approval of Manager or Owner is required, such consent or approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. Such consent or approval shall also be in writing only and shall be executed only by an authorized officer or agent of the party granting such consent or approval.
Consent and Approval. Whenever the Owner's consent, approval, satisfaction or determination shall be required or permitted under the Contract Documents with respect to the Design/Builder's performance of the Work, and this Agreement does not expressly state that the Owner may act in its sole discretion, such consent, approval, satisfaction or determination shall not be unreasonably withheld, qualified, conditioned or delayed, whether or not such a "reasonableness" standard is expressly stated in this Agreement. Whenever the Owner's cooperation is required by the Design/Builder in order to carry out the Design/Builder's obligations hereunder, the Owner agrees that it shall act in good faith in so cooperating with the Design/Builder. The Owner shall cooperate fully with the Design/Builder and shall furnish decisions, information, and approvals required by this Agreement in a timely manner so as not to delay the Work, provided that the Owner shall have no less time for review and approval than set forth in Exhibit J.
