Consent of the Members is being obtained for convening meeting at shorter notice.
Subject to the provisions of Sections 7.3, 7.4 and 7.5 hereof, any action taken by the Company’s Executive Director, with approval of the Board or with Consent of the Members, where so required, shall bind the Company and shall be deemed to be the action of the Company.
