Conservation organization definition

Conservation organization means a nonprofit corporation incorporated in Iowa or an entity organized and operated primarily to enhance and protect natural resources in this state.
Conservation organization means an organization that is licensed and managed pursuant to Iowa Code chapter 504, the revised Iowa nonprofit corporation Act, and whose mission emphasizes natural resource conservation or supports science-based natural resource management.
