Examples of Consideration Payment in a sentence

  • Similar to Article 3.5, the payment of any Other Consideration is due and payable to the Licensor within 45 days of each respective Royalty and Other Consideration Payment Due Date, and is to be calculated with respect to the three month period immediately preceding the applicable Royalty and Other Consideration Payment Due Date.

  • Separation Payment means any lump sum cash payment in excess of Earned Salary and Accrued Obligations payable to Employee under this Agreement.
