Consigned Vehicle definition

Consigned Vehicle a vehicle with the certificate of title in the name of any other Person other than a Grantor (including a salvage provider or an insurance company).

  • Big Valley is neither responsible for the accuracy of odometer mileage on the Consigned Vehicle nor the information contained in the odometer mileage statement.

  • All purchase and sale transactions originating and/or consummated at the time a Consigned Vehicle is on the Auction premises shall be completed through ADESA with Dealer responsible for the appropriate fees.

  • ADESA reserves the right to refuse to sell any Consigned Vehicle on which the vehicle identification number plate appears marred or in any way altered or any Consigned Vehicle not originally manufactured for sale in the United States (European or Canadian conversions).

  • AAA reserves the right to refuse to sell any Consigned Vehicle on which the vehicle identification number plate appears marred or in any way altered or any Consigned Vehicle not originally manufactured for sale in the United States.

  • In order to secure final payment of any indebtedness owing to Big Valley arising out of the sale of a Consigned Vehicle purchased by Dealer at the Auction Dealer hereby grants to Big Valley a security interest (including a purchase money security interest where applicable) in any such Consigned Vehicle, together will all additions, accessions, accessories and replacements, and proceeds thereof, which security interest shall continue until all funds are collected with respect to such sale.

  • No bailment relationship is established between AAA and Dealer by delivery of any Consigned Vehicle to AAA.

  • Consigned Inventory means Inventory of any Borrower that is in the possession of another Person on a consignment, sale or return, or other basis that does not constitute a final sale and acceptance of such Inventory.

  • Covered Vehicle means a private passenger vehicle (including mini-vans, pickup trucks and sport utility vehicles) which is registered or rented to You during Your Trip, which is rated ¾ ton in weight or less, not used for racing, dealer services, dealer loaners, taxi, limousine, shuttle, delivery, hauling, towing, road repair service, construction service, snow removal, or as a public livery vehicle, or any other commercial use.

  • Motorized Vehicle means a passenger car, station wagon, van, jeep-type automobile, truck, ambulance or any type of motorized vehicle used by municipal, provincial or federal police forces.

  • Off-Road Vehicle means any vehicle while it is being operated on a road not maintained by a federal, provincial, state, or local agency, not including entrance or departure ways to private property, or any vehicle which cannot be licensed to drive on a public road and is designed and manufactured primarily for off-road usage.
