Consolidated Period definition

Consolidated Period has the meaning set forth in Section 3.5(b) hereof.
Consolidated Period or "CONSOLIDATED PERIODS" means any taxable period or periods between the Contribution Date and the Distribution Date, during which time RIBAPHARM is a member of the ICN Group.

More Definitions of Consolidated Period

Consolidated Period means (a) any Tax period of the Consolidated Group ending before, with, or which includes the Distribution Date during which WCA or any member of the WCA Group was a member of the Consolidated Group and (b) any Tax period ending after the Distribution Date in which (i) WCA Waste Corporation or a Continuing Member and (ii) WCA or a member of the WCA Group are required to file a consolidated, combined or unitary state or local Tax Return.
