Period of Time. When calculating the period of time within which or following which any act is to be done or step is to be taken pursuant to this Agreement, the date which is the reference date in calculating such period shall be excluded. If the last day of such period is a non-business day, the period in question shall end on the next business day.
Period of Time. (1) The obligations of non-disclosure pursuant to this agreement shall continue to apply beyond the termination of the cooperation.
(2) The obligations of non-disclosure pursuant to this agreement shall not apply or no longer apply if and insofar as the information in question demonstrably: - is or has become widely known, or - becomes widely known through no fault of the Partner, or - already was in the Partner's possession before the disclosure, or - significantly corresponds to information, which was revealed or made accessible to the receiving Partner at any time by an authorised third party. The burden of proof for the presentation of these exceptions lies with the Partner.
Period of Time. The license for the LICENSED SOFTWARE shall be effective from hereof and shall remain in force until the CUSTOMER discontinues the use of the LICENSED SOFTWARE.
Period of Time. Each employee will serve an appropriate probationary period based on the job classification occupied. The probationary period for new or revised classifications created after the effective date of this Agreement will be determined by the Agency per the provisions of Sections 2.2A and 10.1.
Period of Time. Insofar as allowed by Applicable Law, the period otherwise applicable for filing claims against the City under Applicable Law shall be tolled during the period of time for which meet and confer or mediation procedures are pending, in accordance with Sections 10.9.A and 10.9.B.

Period of Time. 1. This Agreement shall come into force from 13th November 2017 on the date of signing and sealing by both Parties, and shall terminate on 12th November 2018.
2. Upon the expiration of this Agreement, without objection from both Parties, cooperation on matters agreed upon in this Agreement may continue, and the Agreement shall be automatically extended for one year.
3. Unless otherwise agreed herein, either Party shall have the right to terminate this Agreement upon one month’s prior notice to the other Party without any liability, provided that both Parties shall perform all rights and business incurred prior to such termination.

5. Either Party shall send goods to the other Party by express mail or registered mail at the service address mentioned above, the delivery shall be deemed to be made after the receipt by the other Party or sending of the goods three days later (the date of occurrence shall prevail). If either Party changes its address, it shall promptly notify the other Party in writing; otherwise, the above addresses (or the original addresses) shall still be deemed as the real and valid addresses.
Period of Time. If at any time during your child's time at the School you (or either of you) will not be in the United Kingdom at any time or will otherwise be absent from your main residential address for a period of longer than three (3) consecutive school days then you must inform the School in writing and provide the details required by the School as a result, including the name and contact details for a 'responsible adult' for the period of your absence.
