Consolidated Total Unsecured Debt definition

Consolidated Total Unsecured Debt means, as of any date of determination, all Unsecured Debt of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries determined on a consolidated basis and which shall include (without duplication) such Person’s Equity Percentage of the Unsecured Debt of its Unconsolidated Affiliates and Subsidiaries of the Borrower that are not Wholly Owned Subsidiaries.
Consolidated Total Unsecured Debt means that portion of Consolidated Total Debt which is not secured by a lien on any real property owned or leased by Borrower or any Subsidiary or Unconsolidated Affiliate, as applicable.”

Examples of Consolidated Total Unsecured Debt in a sentence

  • The quotient of (a) Adjusted Net Operating Income of the Unencumbered Asset Pool divided by (b) the sum of (i) Consolidated Total Unsecured Debt plus (ii) all Capitalized Lease Obligations of Borrower and its Subsidiaries with respect to any of the Unencumbered Asset Pool Properties, expressed as a percentage.

  • As at the end of any fiscal quarter or other date of measurement, the Borrower shall not permit the aggregate Adjusted Unencumbered Property NOI for all Unencumbered Properties to be less than two (2) times Consolidated Total Unsecured Debt Service, based on the results of the most recent two (2) complete fiscal quarters.
